No matter what real-time instrument you use, the CAS-1200 is compatible. The system is preconfigured to work with all PCR tube types, including standard 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL PCR tubes, strip tubes, SmartCycler™ tubes, COBAS® TaqMan® 48 Analyzer tubes, and LightCycler® capillaries. All plate formats are also supported, including all varieties of 96-well, 384-well, and RotorDisc™ plates.
