Rotor-Gene Consumables
All plastic consumables are DNAse- and RNAse-free molecular biology grade non-autoclavable clear polypropylene. More information on reaction tube formats for the Rotor-Gene can be found here.

	P/N 3001-002 0.1 mL Strip Tubes and Caps For use with all Rotor-Gene instruments. Tubes and caps are in (separate) strips of 4. Caps have frosted extensions for easy handling and labelling. Tubes and caps can be separated for individual (non-strip) use. Box contains 250 strips of 4 tubes and caps, sufficient for 1000 reactions.
	P/N 3001-001 0.2 mL PCR Tubes Thin-wall individual PCR tubes with attached cap. Flat design caps are frosted for labelling. Pre-screened for auto-flourescence and tube dimensions to ensure suitability for Rotor-Gene use. 1000 tubes per box.
	P/N 6001-012 RotorDiscTM 100 A 100-well microtube format for reactions up to 25 µL. Designed to accelerate the setup process for the Rotor-Gene real-time rotary analyser, discs are a one-piece “plate” equivalent having vertically oriented wells compatible with automated reaction set-up using a robotic liquid handling system. Discs are heat-sealed in seconds with a permanent or removable film seal (6001-013). Each box contains 20 individually wrapped discs, sufficient for 2,000 reactions. Requires RotorDisc 100 Starter kit (6001-025). For Rotor-Gene 6000 only.
	P/N 3001-015 RotorDiscTM 72 A 72-well format with microtube dimensions equivalent to 0.1 mL tubes. Designed to accelerate the setup process for the Rotor-Gene real-time rotary analyser, discs are a one-piece "plate" equivalent, having vertically oriented wells compatible with automated reaction setup using a robotic liquid handling system. Discs are heat-sealed in seconds with a permanent or removable film seal (6001-013). Each box contains 15 individually wrapped discs, sufficient for 1080 reactions. Requires RotorDisc 72 Starter Kit (3001-025). Not for Rotor-Gene 2000.
	P/N 6001-013 RotorDiscTM Heat Sealing Film Each pack contains 60 films. For use with 100-well (6001-012) and 72-well (3001-015) RotorDiscs.
