CorProtocols

Corbett Robotics CorProtocols™  consist of both a written protocol in PDF format and its matching run file for the X-tractor Gene™ instrument. The chemistry used is universal, meaning the same few CorProtocols can be used to extract from a very wide range of sample types.

Any modifications to a standard CorProtocol that are required to accommodate extraction from a particlar sample type are described separately in Sample Preparation Notes. Sample Preparation Notes outline specific procedures used to pre-prepare a sample into a format suitable for automated extraction in the 96-well plate format used by the X-tractor Gene.

Please Note - CorProtocols use Corbett Robotics reagents and consumables exclusively (P/N 2220 DX Reagent Pack + P/N 2270 X-tractor Consumable Pack). X-tractor Gene software version 4.9 or greater is required. Please visit out Download Centre for software version updates (login required).
