The software interface is designed to be simple and functional. A set-up Wizard makes it quick and easy to start a new run—just click-select the samples to extract on a 96-well plate and start. Reagent needs are automatically calculated for the number of samples processed. The software is barcode reader compatible for easy setup and sample tracking. Before starting a run the software presents a pre-run checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked. Pre-and post-run reports document each run. The software is provided with an unlimited user license. Upgrades and individual protocol run files are free and available by web download.
